Will you use aftermarket parts or OEM parts to repair my vehicle?

When your car needs a repair, we’ll work with you and the insurance company to determine what’s best for your vehicle. If they ask us to use an aftermarket or used part that doesn’t meet our quality standards, then we’ll tell them why it won’t be up to par so they can utilize another option instead. We also try price matching parts from OEM dealers as often as possible!

Can you fix other, unrelated damage while my vehicle is there?
We will be happy to provide an estimate for any other damages on your vehicle, and often times it is the least expensive time to complete additional repairs because we may overlap into what you need done.
How long is the Warranty on the collision repairs and the paint job?
We have a stellar track record for quality workmanship and will be there to fix your vehicle any time you need us. That is why we warranty all of our repair workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle, the parts’ warranty will vary based on the manufacturer of the part. We want our customers to know that they can trust the repairs we do, so if something goes wrong with one of them or their parts in the future, don’t hesitate on calling us first!
Will you inform me when my vehicle is complete?
Absolutely! Once your vehicle is complete and ready to return home we will give you a call. In addition, if there is any delay in the completion process we will notify you with any updates.
Am I able to keep any of the old parts from my vehicle?
Absolutely. Please advise us at the beginning of the auto body repair process and we can save any parts that do not have a core charge attached to them.
How does the payment process work if a third party is paying for my collision repairs?
If someone else is paying for the repairs, they can pay with any of these three different forms: cash, credit card or cashier’s check. Once payment has been completed you can come pick up your vehicle.
If I receive a check from the insurance company, do I keep it, or give it to you?
You can deposit the insurance check and pay us directly or just endorse the insurance check and give it to us as payment.
What if more damage is found to my vehicle?
When your vehicle arrives we will do a full tear down of the damaged and affected areas to fully assess the damage. If we find any additional damage we will notify you immediately before we proceed. If the repairs are apart of an insurance claim we will submit a supplement claim to your insurance provider and wait for insurance to approve repairs of the additional damages found. Your insurance provider will pay us directly for the supplemental damages.
When do I pay?
Payment is due when the vehicle is complete. The deductible will be collected at this time as well.
If I am involved in an accident and it is someone else’s fault, do I inform my insurance?
You only want to start a claim with the at fault party’s insurance provider. They will give you a claim number and inform you on how to proceed. There is no need to inform your insurance at this time.
